Shipping

Shipment costs to the mainland and the Balearic Islands are calculated according to the weight and volume of the order and the location, in accordance with the rates provided by transport and logistics operators SEUR Express or Spanish Mail (Correos).

Furthermore, the goods will be insured through the carrier’s compulsory insurance in accordance with the Organic Law regulating Transport Companies (LOT).


Delivery Address

As you can see when you fill in the information required for the purchase, the system allows you to send orders to a different address than the billing address. This is to give you the option of sending the goods to a third person for whatever reason, such as a gift.

To do this, simply select the appropriate address in the shipping information, and include afterwards the billing address. That way, the invoice will be sent by post to the billing address.


Delivery time

Delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours for orders delivered by the transport and logistics operator SEUR or TNT, from the time the goods reach our warehouse.

For shipments requested by Post, delivery of orders will take between 5 and 7 days.


Returns

Bicicletas Campos Lorca ccept returns within seven working days from the day the customer receives the goods, provided that returns comply with the conditions stated under the Retail Trade Law 47/2002 of 15 January.

Returns will only be accepted if authorization has been obtained in writing beforehand from Bicicletas Campos Lorca. To apply for pre-authorization, customers should contact Bicicletas Campos Lorca, and once approved, the company will provide the address to which the goods should be returned and the conditions under which the return will be accepted.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that the transport company does not need to add seals or adhesive tape.

Goods must be received at our warehouse within seven days after the return has been authorized. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the merchandise and once its perfect condition has been checked, the refund will be processed. Bicicletas Campos Lorca reserves the right to refuse a refund or refund a lower amount, should the merchandise not arrive in perfect condition or with the accessories originally provided.

Returns will not normally be accepted for discontinued products. Nor can be returned customized products, food products, sportswear, or any other goods for which authorization has been declined with good reason.

Goods damaged in transit:

To make a claim for shipping damage, customers should notify the freight company within 24 hours maximum. Please find below the contact numbers of the companies with which we work:

Defective products:

Bicicletas Campos Lorca will meet all delivery costs in the event of a product being defective, provided that customers make a claim within seven days, from the time of receipt.

Customers will be requested to leave the product ready for collection, packaged in such a way as to reach us in perfect condition, free of labels and adhesive tapes, and with the address written on the outside.

Bicicletas Campos Lorca will ask a carrier to collect the parcel. Once it has been received, the company will endeavor to send an identical product. Should this not be possible, the full amount of the order will be refunded, including shipping costs.

Return costs incurred due to a mistake made by the customer will be borne by the client. After this period, goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This may vary depending on the product purchased, and customers should check terms and conditions.
